Not every lawyer likes to be in front of a judge, jury or arbitrator; we do. We frequently and gladly assist other lawyers and their clients with the ins-and-outs of trial and arbitration. Many lawyers who take on cases involving injury or financial loss, do not really intend to proceed to trial or arbitration. Some lawyers are only interested in resolving cases through settlement, and they regularly hire lawyers like us when trial is necessary. Other lawyers simply find during the course of representation of a client that they do not have the experience or resources to take on the major defendants through trial. We are available to assist other lawyers who find themselves in these situations.
